Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the legal authority for Personal Attendant Care Inc. As a member of the Board, a Director acts in a position of trust for the community and is responsible for the effective governance of the organization. Directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting by the membership and serve a minimum of two years. The Board ensures that long and short term goals, objectives and priorities, meet the needs of the Durham community.
