Jane Carcich is a long-time resident of Whitby who has been involved with PAC since September 2000, serving as a Vice President, Secretary and board member. Jane holds a Bachelors degree from Ryerson University, Toronto. She is a Financial Analyst and has experience in the automotive, energy, government and IT industries where she has worked in consulting, business development and operations improvement.

Jane has proven her commitment to her community by serving on the board of directors for Oshawa Whitby Clarington Big Sisters and Durham Mental Health Association (DMHA).  Jane enjoys crafts, gardening and traveling.
